Late
fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged after the due date till the
end of the scheduled month.
The fee may, if desired be paid by cross cheque drawn in favour of "Greenfields
Public School". The words : "Fee Only" Must be
written on the envelop. If a cheque is dishonoured, a penalty of 10% of the total amount is
to be paid alongwith late fee in cash and no cheue will be accepted in future.
In case of new admission cheques will not be accepted.
Annual charges and other funds should be deposited alongwith the first quarter fee.

- Payment will not be accepted without fee card.
- If the fee is not paid by the end of the scheduled
month, the name of the student will be struck off the school rolls.
- If the fee of the first quarter is not paid by
30th of April, it shall be presumed that the student is not interested to continue in the
school further, thus the name shall be considered off the rolls w.e.f. 1st May.
- Re-admission, if granted by the
Principal/authorities will be done on payment of Rs. 500/-.
- First child of a family is to pay full fee, for
the second child Rs.50/- concession will be granted.
- If the 15th of the month in which the school dues
are to be paid happens to be a holiday the dues are then to be cleared by the next working
day of the said month.
- Duplicate fee card will be issued only on payment
of Rs.25/-.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded.
- Dues
left (if any) must be cleared one week before the commencement
of Annual Examination
